Shelley stepped into her first Vinyasa yoga class in 2001. She was exhausted from trying to control the “uncontrollable” in her life, and from day one she realized she had found something profoundly healing and transformative. From that point forward she has passionately pursued her practice of yoga as a way to integrate and harmonize aspects of her life; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Today, Shelley is an engaging, knowledgeable, caring and inspiring teacher whose positive outlook is contagious.

Shelley has a gift for connecting heart-to-heart with her students, regardless of where they may be on their life’s path or in their yoga practice.  She  graciously shares with them her passion for yoga and life.   Shelley’s classes are well suited for students of all ablities.   Her gentle, nurturing manner puts everyone at ease as she teaches them to go at their own pace.  She encourages students to mindfully integrate the benefits of each posture offered while helping them adapt each pose to benefit their individual body.   She welcomes insights from her students, as she believes we have much to teach each other.   Shelley invites you to discover the many positive and healing aspects of this profound practice, and looks forward to assisting you on your journey toward personal freedom, peace and bliss.
