When people ask me to describe yoga, my answer is something like this: ~

~ Yoga is an activity, a lifestyle, a mind-set,  a way of being, a form of spirituality, a path to happiness, a philosophy,  radically life-enhancing, compatible with all spiritual traditions.

Sacred yoga is an expression, an invocation, a connection with Divine Love.
